I'm on a university network, and i'm assuming the network bans torrenting. It isn't always indicative of a network configuration issue. Is there anyway i can still run the client?

A router or firewall is blocking qbittorrent from getting incoming connections. My computer is behind a router behind another router on different subnet, both have upnp turned off and no port forwarding is made, when i start qbittorrent, initially it says no direct. I went through the steps to tie my mullvad vpn to it but i still have this issue.

Is there anyway i can still run the client? If you want to use vpn for torrent seeding, find. Quick googling gives results that expressvpn doesn't provide port forwarding.

I read a few reddit troubleshooting posts, made sure my network interface was bound to my vpn, randomized. However it is now no longer downloading torrents. When attempting to download a file, it doesn't start and gets stuck on downloading metadata.

So i use a vpn and all was awesome torrenting anonymously but now all of a sudden torrents refuse to download and qbittorrent says that the connection. I have zero upload speed. They just show as downloading but without doing anything.
