(possible fixes) as informed by the developers themselves, the main server of pokemon showdown has crashed miserably. A few weeks ago i became unable to login to the showdown server and a couldn't connect to server message has been popping up whenever i tried to open showdown. I tried using a vpn, which worked, but unfortunately showdown won't let you play with a vpn.
